About
I started as a visual artist. In 1999, I made the leap into digital — and never looked back. Over 25 years I've evolved from building websites with tables and Flash to leading UX strategy for enterprise platforms serving thousands of users daily.
My background in visual arts shapes how I approach problems: I look for the underlying structure before reaching for solutions. I'm equally comfortable facilitating a design sprint, digging into analytics, or pairing with a dev team on component architecture.
I hold a Bachelor in Visual Arts from UNAM and a Professional Scrum™ with UX certification from SCRUM.org. Most recently expanding into data analysis and AI-assisted design workflows.
